Return & Exchange Policy - Size Swaps Only
At Home of Flora, we offer size exchanges within three (3) days of receiving your item. Please note that we do not provide refunds. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact and in their original packaging.

To request a size swap, contact us at info.homeofflora@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +961 76 018 595. If the requested size is available, we’ll arrange for our courier to collect the item and proceed with the exchange.

Please note that an additional delivery fee of 4$ will apply.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
